SOPA DE FIDEO RECIPE

Ingredients 

3 tablespoons vegetable oil ▢1 (7-ounce) bag fideo pasta ▢2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce ▢24 ounces chicken broth low sodium ▢½-1 cup Mexican cheese shredded ▢garlic salt with parsley flakes ▢pepper

Step : 1

In a medium skillet, heat the oil over LOW-MEDIUM heat. Cook while adding fideo and ensuring that the noodles are browned and coated in oil.

Step : 2 

Bring the tomato sauce and broth to a simmer. After reducing the heat to LOW, simmer the noodles for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender.

Step : 3

Stir in the cheese, garlic salt, and pepper until combined. Keep toasty.
