2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour ▢2 teaspoon cream of tartar ▢1 teaspoon baking soda ▢½ teaspoon salt ▢1 cup unsalted butter, just softened ▢1 ½ cups sugar ▢2 eggs ▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract ▢⅓ cup sugar ▢2 tablespoons cinnamon
Turn the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt in a large basin. Aside; set aside.
Cream together sugar and butter that has been scarcely softened in a stand mixer. Blend in the eggs and vanilla extracts thoroughly.
Combine the dry and liquid ingredients thoroughly. Combine the remaining half-cup sugar and two tablespoons of cinnamon in a small basin.
Teaspoon dough using a small cookie teaspoon; roll into a ball, and then roll twice in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Separate by two inches on an ungreased cookie tray.
Bake for eight to ten minutes. After a few minutes, transfer the cookies from the cookie sheet to a wire rack to chill.
