SCOTCHEROOS RECIPE

Ingredients 

6 cups Rice Krispies cereal ▢1 cup sugar ▢1 cup creamy peanut butter ▢1 cup light corn syrup ▢1½ cups chocolate chips ▢1½ cups butterscotch chips

Rice Krispies should be poured into a large dish and set aside.

Once the mixture begins to boil, immediately pour it over the cereal and combine thoroughly. Apply the mixture to a greased 9-by-13-inch pan and distribute evenly throughout the pan using a spatula.

Melt chocolate and butterscotch chunks in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously. Before slicing and serving, allow the liquid to settle for at least 30 minutes over the compacted Rice Krispies.
