Recipe for Smoked Salmon Dip

8 ounces of room temperature cream cheese 4 ounces of 1/2 cup sour cream Half a tablespoon of freshly strained lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon or to flavor salt 1/2 teaspoon, or to flavor, Tabasco hot sauce 4 ounces of cured salmon, diced into about 1 cup 1 tablespoon plus additional minced chives for garnish



Combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce in a food processor bowl. Pulse until thoroughly combined.

STEP- 2 

Once everything is combined thoroughly, combine 4 ounces of minced salmon and 1 tablespoon of chives in a food processor and pulse briefly to combine. Add additional pepper or salt to taste, if desired. Refrigerate until serving is imminent.
