Recipe for Oven-Roasted Cauliflower

1 medium cauliflower, florets or steaks measuring 1/2" in thickness Two tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons oil, unrefined 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder teaspoon salt, if desired 1/2 teaspoon paprika, powdered 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, minced



Before beginning, preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

STEP- 2 

The cauliflower head should be sliced into steaks that are 1/2" thick, with wedges broken into bite-sized portions.

STEP- 3 

Place the cauliflower in the baking sheet's center. After drizzling with the melted butter and oil, stir to combine.

STEP- 4 

Combine garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper in a small basin to make the seasoning. Combine with cauliflower and stir to distribute evenly.


vBake, cauliflower evenly distributed on the baking sheet, at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp.
