Recipe for Moist Banana Bread

Three mature bananas ½ cup (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter at room temperature 3/4 cup sugar 2 large eggs 1/2 cup flour One teaspoon of baking soda half a teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Cup of walnuts twenty-five percent currants



vPreheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Preparing a bread loaf pan (9.25 long x 5.25 wide x 2.75 depth) requires oil and flour. Warm walnuts over a skillet over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Chopped coarsely, return to ambient temperature.

STEP- 2 

Cream together 8 tablespoons of softened butter and 3/4 cup sugar (or honey, if using honey), in a combining bowl.

STEP- 3 

Using a fork, mash the bananas until they resemble chunky applesauce. Combine the bananas with two eggs into the batter and stir until thoroughly combined.

STEP- 4 

Whisk together 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a separate basin, then incorporate into the batter.


To that, combine 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, minced walnuts, and raisins. Pour into a loaf pan that has been prepared. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clear, 55 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Ten minutes after removing banana bread from the oven, transfer it to a wire rack to chill.
