Recipe for Caviar from Cowboys

6 minced Roma tomatoes 1 bell pepper 2 jalapeno peppers 1 large, pitted, skinned 15 ounces of drained canned corn 15 ounces of black beans One-half stalk of cilantro, Roughly 1/2 cup minced lime juice (3–4 tablespoons) Light Italian Dressing, 1/2 cup * Four cloves of medium garlic, pressed 1 teaspoon of sea salt, or to taste



Combine the following ingredients in a large mixing bowl: diced tomatoes, chopped onion and bell pepper, diced and seeded jalapeño, sliced avocado, fresh (or drained canned) maize, black beans that have been rinsed and drained, and chopped cilantro.

STEP- 2 

Add 1/2 cup Italian dressing, 3 to 4 tablespoons of lime juice, 4 pressed garlic cloves, and 1 teaspoon of salt or seasoning to flavor. Combine all ingredients and serve with tortilla crackers.
