Recipe for Cabbage and Cucumber Salad

1 head of white cabbage, medium-sized 1/2 head of red/purple cabbage, medium size Four petite cucumbers or one English cucumber 1 bundle of onion, green Four tablespoons of sunflower oil 1/3 cup vinegar, adjusted to taste 1/2 teaspoon, or to flavor, salt



Perform a vegetable wash. Shred 1 white cabbage and 1/2 red cabbage thinly using a mandolin or knife. Foster them over a sizable basin.

STEP- 2 

Juiciness and peel 1 English cucumber and diced green onion finely. Each is added to the basin.

STEP- 3 

Using a fork, combine 1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar, 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt in a separate small receptacle. Add it to flavor to the salad. The quantity required may vary based on the size of the cabbages.
