– 9 cups Chex Cereal rice or corn – ▢1 cup semisweet chocolate chip – ▢½ cup creamy peanut butter – ▢½ cup unsalted butter – ▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ▢1½ cups powdered sugar
Set aside the cereal in a large basin.
Bring chocolate morsels, peanut butter, and butter to a simmer in a medium saucepan over low heat; stir frequently until melted. After removing from heat, incorporate vanilla.
Stir the mixture into the cereal until it is coated evenly.
Pour into a resealable plastic bag of 2 gallons. Add sugar granules. Shake the sealed container until thoroughly coated.
After allowing to settle on waxed paper, either transfer to an airtight container for storage or serve immediately.
