6 ounces of dressing mix for poultry Butter, one tablespoon 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, cubed, 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts a half-pound of trimmed, freshly harvested green beans, lengthened to 1 inch one-half cup flour, coarse 1/2 cup broth from poultry Cream cheese, cubed, 5 ounces

Step : 1

Prepare the stuffing per the instructions on the container.

Step : 2 

 melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pepper is then sprinkled over the poultry. Cook the chicken for five minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked. The chicken should be placed in a sprayed 9 by 13-inch casserole dish.

Step : 3

Cook and agitate the beans for approximately 6 minutes, or until they become crisp-tender, in the same skillet. After adding flour, continue stirring for an additional minute. 

Step : 4

Stir in broth and simmer, stirring frequently, for three minutes. Stir in the cream cheese until it is melted. Spoon the stuffing over the poultry.

Step : 5

Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, at 400°F, or until thoroughly heated.
