Glaze the oven at 375°F. In a small basin, combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
Cream sugar and softened butter until light and airy in a large basin. Whisk in the egg and vanilla until thoroughly combined.
Stir in the dry ingredients gradually with the creamed mixture until thoroughly combined. Place dough balls, measuring 1.5 inches in diameter, on an ungreased cookie tray.
Bake for eight to nine minutes, or until golden on the edges. Allow to settle.
To prepare frosting, cream together one stick of softened butter and two softened 8-ounce cream cheese wafers. Two teaspoons of vanilla are added. Add about three cups of powdered sugar gradually.
Spread on biscuits, then garnish with desired fruit. GREATLY ENJOY!
