EGGS AND POTATOES RECIPE

Ingredients 

3 tbsp butter ▢1 1/2 lb red potatoes chopped ▢1/4 cup minced parsley fresh ▢2 tsp minced garlic ▢1 – 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢1/8 tsp pepper ▢8 large eggs ▢3/4 cup shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese

Step : 1

Preheating the oven to 400 degrees.

Step : 2 

Butter is heated in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Potatoes should be cooked until tender.

Step : 3

Garlic, parsley, garlic salt, and pepper are then added.

Step : 4

In the potato mixture, create four wells using the base of a spoon. Separate the contents of two eggs into wells within the potatoes.

Step : 5

After ten to twelve minutes, garnish with cheese. One to two minutes more in the oven will melt the cheese. Serve immediately and savor!
