EGG-CELLENT BREAKFAST!

Ingredients 

2 large eggs ▢salt and freshly ground pepper ▢½ tablespoon unsalted butter ▢¼ shredded mozzarella cheese

To prepare frosting, cream together one stick of softened butter and two softened 8-ounce cream cheese wafers. Two teaspoons of vanilla are added. Add about three cups of powdered sugar gradually.

Continue cooking for 30 seconds, or until the cheese has completely dissolved. Baby tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro may be used as garnish.
