1 pie crust unbaked ▢1 cup chopped Ham ▢½ cup cheddar cheese shredded ▢½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded ▢¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated ▢1 cup milk ▢4 eggs slightly beaten ▢½ teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢¼ teaspoon pepper
Preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Crimp the edges of the pie crust pastry before placing it in a 9-inch glass pie dish with shallow sides. (I prefer to crimp the margins after double-folding them.) Warm for ten to twelve minutes.
Preheat the crust for a moment prior to incorporating the ham and cheddar.
Add the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to a medium mixing basin. After combining, drizzle the crust over the ham and cheese.
Bake until an inserted knife comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes. Warm before serving after 5 to 10 minutes of setting.
