2 large eggs lightly beaten ▢1 cup vegetable oil ▢1¼ cups milk ▢1 tablespoon vanilla extract ▢3 cups all-purpose flour ▢1 cup white sugar ▢1 tablespoon baking powder ▢½ teaspoon salt ▢1¼ cups packed light brown sugar ▢1 tablespoon ground cinnamon ▢¼-⅓ cup unsalted butter melted
Preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and set aside a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.
Whisk together the eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla in a large mixing basin.
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium basin.
Thoroughly combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients. Half of the mixture should be poured into the baking dish that has been prepared.
Half of the cinnamon sugar should be sprinkled over the batter in the pan. The remaining batter should be poured with caution over the cinnamon sugar layer. The remaining cinnamon sugar mixture should be sprinkled on top.
As preferred, drizzle the melted butter over the top in an appropriate amount. Warm after 35–40 minutes of baking.
