1½ cups creamy peanut butter ▢1 cup butter softened ▢½ teaspoon vanilla extract ▢6 cups powdered sugar ▢4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
In a large basin, combine the softened butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Form into 1" balls and arrange on a wax-lined cookie tray.
Firmly press a toothpick into the apex of each ball, then place them in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Prior to removing from the freezer, melt chocolate pieces over the lowest heat in a small saucepan. Regularly stir the mixture until it becomes smooth.
Leave a small amount of peanut butter visible on top of each chocolate-covered frozen peanut butter ball that you have dipped using a toothpick. Place toothpick-less on cookie sheet. While awaiting service, refrigerate.
