Pretend the oven to 175°C or 350°F. In a large receptacle, combine the chopped broccoli and cooked rice; set aside.

Over medium heat, combine both condensed soups and chicken broth in a medium saucepan. Stir in cream cheese, 1 cup of grated cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, and butter gradually.

Mix this mixture with the broccoli and rice after pouring it over them.

After transferring to a 9 by 13-inch baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.

Bake while covered for forty minutes. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbling, after removing the foil.
