Step : 1

Prepare a plate containing a mixture of parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, parsley, pepper, and garlic powder.

Pinch pork chops in the mixture, ensuring that it adheres to the chops, before sear them over medium-high heat in a pan of olive oil. Cook for five minutes per side.

Step : 3

Bake pork chops according to thickness in a glass baking dish, leaving an inch of space around each chop. NOTE: Bake pork chops on a greased wire rack positioned above a baking tray for a crispier result.

Step : 4

Bake for fifteen to twenty minutes at 350°F, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
